Services/Procedures: How things are kept running
Start of year(1st years)
At begin of the year new XPUB students are introduced to the XPUB resources:
- XPUB Eduroam
- Etherpad
- XPUB Wiki - all important pages from the wiki for XPUB
- Category:Macs - information about the XPUB & LB Macs
- XPUB Git
- XPUB HUB Node: Sandbox
- XPUB www archive - documentation files and materials from the Special Issues (which are not included in the issue mini-site)
For every Special Issue
- XPUB Special Issue website
- Wiki Pages: see XPUB Wiki
- In addition to the XPUB HUB Node: Sandbox, specific SI might need XPUB HUB New Nodes
- XPUB Special Issue Archiving
- (Possible) other HUB nodes on how to add new nodes to the HUB network
For Assessments (Trim 2,4,6): Archiving
At the end of Trimester 2 and Trimesters 4 and 6 Students are asked to archive their work:

Throughout the program dedicate Pis/machines can be made accessible/public for projects via the HUB tinc network
- XPUB other HUB nodes on how to add new nodes to the HUB network
- Py.rate.chnic sessions Describes and document the seriesworkshops organized by the XPUB second-year's students and attended by other students
