• Taking the notion of the emotional continuum of positive and negative affect and exploring how modern technology is constricting the range of human emotional experience, ie through the processes of quantising/compressing

• Exploring the idea of state control and validation of human relationships through immigration, how this can be related to an emotional colonialism of natural spaces
