What do we need to present?

- Exhibition of works - static
- Performances - events
- Presentations - evening
- Shop - static
- Bar - gathering social place

Spaces we can make use of

- V2
- School (why not the large project space?)

What people do we need to hire

- A "curator" understanding our works and being able to translate them into a coherent ensemble

- A "space designer", who thinks about the articulation of works in space and the experience.

- A "producer" helping building the space.

People should feel free to add what they feel they need for their works (performance space, screening etc). This doesn't mean it would be the fixed shaped for anyone but perhaps could help anticipate on potential needs (so it's not rushed and botched in the end)
