Context
This precise place of the city is actually one of its border. It makes the connection between Toulouse and the city called Balma, which is in the North-East.
On the photo above, you can see the river, the Garonne, and a bridge, on which the metro passes (hear it at :). Near this precise point on the map is a big commercial complex, lots of companies and an entrance to the highway. So this is obviously not the place you would expect to hear the birds.
