Setup

Names are written on post-its and folded and added to a hat

Drawing from the hat

A postit is drawn at random from the hat, and the hat is passed to the next person. This continues until the number of required names have been drawn.

Resetting the hat

When all names have been drawn, the hat is passed in reversed order and all the names added back to the hat.
