When in a group, I need/value... room for discussion, so we can learn from eachother and really dive into it deep. To ensure my needs are met, I will... ask about the work of others and give my “opinion” about their work and the theme’s they are working around. I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to...also give their opion about my work and challenge me with hard questions (in a safe space)
