What do you want to make?

I would like to set up a space that would only come to life when the viewer steps into it. How and what exactly for once I do not know. The goal is the visual effect triggered by the presence of oneself. It could work in such a way that one has to step on one particular point from where one would see a space that previously looked dull and pale and then colored with projection patterns. Perhaps a viewer would be filmed entering a space projected on the walls around him. With a delay?

How do you plan to make it?

The space would be assembled into an installation using mirrors, projections, possibly water, translucent textiles. If I place a mirror on the bottom of a low pool, and project a projection on the mirror, the light refracts when the water is moving. I put together a 1x1m installation. Square mirrors are attached to the tops of the bars, which can scatter the projected image over the entire space in which it is located, or concentrate it at one point so that the pieces overlap each other, giving a more or less white light projection. I also assembled a bowl-shaped object into which I attached pieces of broken mirrors to the inside. Like some kind of inverted disco ball.

What is your timetable?

Why do you want to make it?

For the viewers of my exhibition, I would like to prepare an experience that I enjoy the most. More than observing the art product in front of me, it fascinates me if I can step into art where it surrounds me from all sides. The two instalations were intended for a part of the space, which were not realized later, and their lighting effect still inspires me therefore I want to use them in the installation. I will compile the project in a space I will acquire at school, and after the exhibition it will only exist in a documented form. Who can help you and how?
