- When in a group, I need/value:
- people considering the group before doing something that affects all of us.
- Everybody is heard and has an equal saying.
- We are aware of each other's limits.
- To ensure my needs are met, I will talk with people I have a conflict with from the mindset (understanding, not judging, clear) discussed in this course, socialize at coffee mondays.
- I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to follow some rituals/structure that are not time/energy consuming and can keep us on the right mindset in terms of collaboration and communication.
