- When in a group, I need/value:
-people considering the group before doing something that affects all of us. -Everybody is heard and has an equal saying. -We are aware of each other's limits.
- To ensure my needs are met, I will make use of coffee mondays to discuss group dynamics and talk with people from the mindset (understanding, not judging, clear) discussed in this course.
- I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to follow some rituals/structura that are not time/energy consuming and can keep us on the right mindset in terms of collaboration and communication.
