Write tags to a file
vorbiscomment -l speech01.ogg > speech01.meta
Same as ..
vorbiscomment -c speech01.meta speech01.ogg
File to tags
To take the contents of a text file (in the same format as the output comment -l)... and update the tags in the audio file, use -c and -w:
vorbiscomment -c speech01.meta -w speech01.ogg
