|Bio=In my work I immerse photography and sculpture into singular pieces with emphasis on formalistic and content-based interaction between the two different entities.
By assimilating forms derived from an original into new shapes that remain connected to the initial entity I research the impact of the manifestation on its origin. This constitutes an environment in which the separate elements refer to their original.
In my opinion, the physical body and other natural entities, can be seen as abstract shapes. Therefore I use personal connections with individuals and empirical interpretations of environments as a way to formulate a narrative in my sculptures. Furthermore I regularly implement natural phenomena in my work either as an inspirational source or as an asset.

These three works are a consolidation of different aspects of a personal project evolving around the relationship between the artist and her father that has developed over the past 2,5 years. Among these aspects there are the emotionally evolved relationship between the two individuals, their corresponding interest in cosmology and a mixture between the artists fascination for the fathers physique and her interest in contemporary psychological views that provide a positive insight in the father daughter relationship. Furthermore, the artists interest in cosmological phenomena and implementation of the use of light in sculpture play a large role. In these sculptures on the one hand there’s a large emphasis formalistic aspects which. The form origin of the sculptures is the triangle which iteration generates the structure. On the other hand there are physical elements of the artists father employed through photographic means.
