In this particular episode, Dutch jury member Gordon asked the Chinese contestant Wang if he will sing "Nr. 39 with Rice". As a direct answer, Li started his project In Search of Perfect Orange. The results are video works and sculptures that focus on concepts like cultural identity, affection and home displacement. Personal but also critical issues that Li present through different layers of food and meaning. | |||
