Graduate students should have the reading speed to read one book everyday.
Write three or four times the number of word count.
Don't use ChatGPT because it reads and writes slower than you.
Stop talking to useless people, write down what you have to say.
Be aware of what is performance and what is real.
I'm not saying that writing is not a performance.
Writing a thesis that meets the word count is just a boring performance.
