I wanted to see how well I was at landscape drawings. This is my first successful landscape drawing, both in digital and traditional drawing. I wanted to depict a scene where mushrooms where the dominant species, sucking up water from the land and creating deserts, with slow fighting between the large mushroom "tree" and the ground based aggressive fungi. This was my first inspiration to visualizing mushrooms as a metaphore for world domination of networks.
