A research2publication method that asks you a question at random (?) times of the day and publishes your answer to a web page. The interface with the user (publisher?) is a telegram (or signal?) bot.

Is this a tool? How?

Based on Julien Bidoret's now. Because I'm using code found on github I would like to publish the tool to git also. And it uses git as part of the process also. Also based on the telegram bot I made last year, have to find that and put a link here.
