rotterdam has a lot of (diverse) infrastructure. Besides basic - traffic and water, gas supply, there are various ways of getting TV programme - calbe TV, sattelite, maybe some old fashioned antennas; Telephone lines; Mobile phones; Internet - cable, wireless, mobile phones; Banking system and cash transfers - multiple bank machines connected to the same bank and providing the customer with accurate status of the account report and cash on demand... Mirrors in front of the windows on upper floors to see who is ringing; etc etc...

all these are more or less vulnerable to tapping in, also some of them represent strategic layer of communication and therefore power interest, while others are simply functional and available to everyone.

my work will somehow tap into one or more of these systems and use them to transmit an extra message, or simply a version of the message they were carrying anyway.
