The relationship between social happenings and the ad-hoc mode points out problems of economic globalization which
has cause collective solutions by groups of people similar to ad-hoc mode network. These solutions forms up a
troubleshooting guide to techno utopian ad-hoc mode and then to the social life again. This affective model gives cheap
roaming flexibility and personal freedom to society which is not ideal to the benefits of global capitalism.

Alexander Golloway Draws a diagram about the structure of distributed networks over the internet. He gives examples
about stabile decentralized protocols like ARPAnet. In the article he is questioning the protocols and the freedom over the
internet. He is showing the centralised technical structures of the internet. He is giving examples like disconnecting a whole
country from the internet within 12 hours. And he is drawing out the power behind these protocols.
