Smeetsland, located in the South part of the beautiful city of Rotterdam, consists of 52 newly constructed residential buildings with a total of 52 units with on-site parking. Built as a part of the Live-Better-Than-Others city developing programme, the apartments should attract high-income tenants. There is no access to public transportation, but an inconvenient connection to the next highway. Through innovative assistance and an unwavering efford to address the critical need for unaffordable housing in the Rotterdam area, this program was specifically designed with the latest urban planning standards in mind and provide social structure for the vision of the future city. Be part of it and live a better life with a closed pure community, nearly no crime and just enough space and privacy to stay honest to yourself.
