Synthesizer with 8-Step Sequencer

In collaboration with Jasper van Loenen.

In order to learn a bit more about electronics and to follow on from an earlier attempt at constructing a simple synthesizer from the first trimester, we decided to try to build a step sequencer and a basic square-wave oscillator. The circuit design is modular - consisting of a clock/step-counter/led display/oscillator/volume control/speaker output - so we can add or subtract various sections if necessary.

The project is currently incomplete, but we have prototyped a rough version with four steps.
