I'm excited by...space and noise, coincidences/happy accidents, things you can't see/that get ignored
Something I'm scared of is...lack of excitement/stimulation, not being able to find some chaos in the stillness and vice versa

When in a group, I need/value... clarity on what is expected, and consideration that everyone processes information at different speeds (i typically need more time to think and formulate my thoughts to make sure that i can make a hopefully helpful contribution to a discussion)
To ensure my needs are met, I will... make sure that i understand the tasks/expectations so that i can figure out an efficient/productive way to meet them, and ask the group if a discussion concerns a time-sensitive issue so that i adjust accordingly/try my best to keep up. or if the situation allows, communicate when i need extra time
I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... be clear but also flexible on expectations (e.g. in discussions, be open to alternative methods of contribution (beyond literally discussing––like pads, sketches, etc.))
