1) Go to your photographs on your phone, scroll up while count till the number of your age. Stop without looking on the screen while you open a photo. Describe what you see, what happened that day, and what you feel when looking at the image.

the photograph shows a table in a cafe in Tehran, with an iranian soup and bread, my favorite book and my favorite plant on it. the is a backpack in the back of the picture. the table is white and i remember it was a cold winter day and i had a shooting with a client. i took her to this cafe in north of Tehran. we did the shooting and the owner of the cafe was this really nice girl who knew me from instagram and we had very good chat. after the shooting i sat there very calmly and i ordered this soup and a coffee and i was surprised by their price. they were very good and the price was cheap. i was thinking that they that i'm happy. i had a good job, i could just sit there and enjoy everything and it was warm. i was enjoying my loneliness. i feel like i've come a long way and althought i loved those day i don wanna go back.
