Jara Rocha
Jara Rocha researches, mediates and experiments with cultural studies of technology from a trans*feminist sensibility. As an in(ter)dependent cultural agent, they tend to attend to the semiotic-material urgencies of the mundane, following the situated, everyday and complex forms of distribution of the technological. They are involved in several disobedient action research projects such as Volumetric Regimes (with Femke Snelting), Queering Damage (with Helen Pritchard and Femke Snelting), Digital Discomfort (with Karl Moubarak and Cristina Cochior) and Vibes & Leaks (with Kym Ward and Xavier Gorgol). They are also part of the curatorial team at La Capella and exercise teaching in spaces such as ESCAC or EINA (Barcelona). They are an associate member of The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest (TITiPI) and in 2023 they will be researcher in the First Fellowship at Hangar / La Virreina (Barcelona) with the project LaaS (Life as a Service). Their show Naturoculturas son disturbios emits erratically from the Dublab community radio.

Zoumana Meïté
Zoumana Meïté is a performer and theatre-maker based in Strasbourg with a practice in artistic research, dramaturgy and improvisation. He concluded the post-master programme in a.pass, advanced performance and scenography studies. He is currently working with Entrées de jeu, a theatre-forum company in Paris and he is in the process of starting his own dramatic experimentation project.
Isabelle Sully
Isabelle Sully practices across art-making, curating, editing and writing. Working with feminist histories in mind, she takes the mechanisms and materiality of administration as the main focus within her work, developing conceptual projects that span experimental writing, sculpture, performance, exhibition-making and publishing. She received a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne, in 2013 and a Master of Arts (Art Praxis) from the Dutch Art Institute, Arnhem, in 2017. Originally from Melbourne, she now lives in Rotterdam where she is the founding editor of Unbidden Tongues and co-curator of Playbill. Her involvement with the administrative sphere of institutional practice also plays out in her current role as assistant director-curator at Kunstverein, Amsterdam.

Femke Snelting
Femke Snelting develops projects at the intersection of publishing, feminisms, and free software. In various constellations she works on re-imagining computational practices to disinvest from technological monoculture. With Miriyam Aouragh, Seda Gürses and Helen Pritchard she runs The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest, a trans-practice gathering of activists, artists, engineers and theorists. Ecologies of Dissemination (with Eva Weinmayr) is a research project on feminist and decolonial approaches to Open Access. Femke supports artistic research at a.pass (Brussels), PhdArts (Leiden), MERIAN (Maastricht) and taught for many years at XPUB, facilitating the Radio Implicancies and Interfacing the Law series of issues. With Constant, association for arts and media, she initiated collective research projects, digital tools, methods and publications until 2021. With Jara Rocha she edited Volumetric Regimes: Material Cultures of Quantified Presence (Open Humanities Press, 2022).

Élodie Mugrefya
Élodie Mugrefya is part of Constant where she takes part in its artistic and collective research while shyly developing a writing practice. Her work involves different forms of collectivity, technological infrastructures, socio-political troubles and entangled ways of imagining possible futures.

Roel Roscam Abbing
Roel Roscam Abbing is currently pursuing a PhD in Interaction Design at Malmö University’s School of Arts and Communication (K3). There he researches alternative social media, on-line federation and community-owned digital infrastructure. Furthermore, he works as an artist and media designer with a highly collaborative practice that engages with network infrastructures, the politics, and materiality of technology, do-it-yourself approaches and self-organization. He holds an MA Networked Media from the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam and a Fine Arts BA (Hon) from the Willem De Kooning Academy. He has previously worked as a lecturer in Digital Media at the department of Graphic Design at Artez, Arnhem, as a lecturer in the Hacking and Digital Craft programmes of Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam and taught freestanding workshops and courses at Design Academy, Eindhoven. He is one of the founding members of Varia in Rotterdam.
Andrea di Serego Alighieri
Andrea di Serego Alighieri works on projects where a focus on writing, language and translation—and of politics thereof—is of central concern. He studied Graphic Design at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie and Comparative Literature at the University of Amsterdam. In 2014 he was a researcher at the Jan van Eyck Academie. He is the editor of “Resistance” (uh Books), a publication on the work of American poet Lyn Hejinian and translator of L'orso allo specchio (Kunstverein Publishing & Galleria Raffaella Cortese) by American dancer and performance artist Simone Forti. Recently he co-edited, with Nicola Masciandaro, Glossator Journal 11 (Open Humanities Press, NY) and FR David “Take, Eat”, with Will Holder. He is lecturer in writing and typography, thesis tutor and researcher at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. He is currently working on a translation and bilingual edition of Amelia Rosselli Laboratorio di Poesia.
