BMP IMAGE WITH TEXTEDIT

   Open TextEdit -> Spotlight -> TextEdit.
   Drag the BMP image on top of the TextEdit icon.
   Don't modify the header of the file (Start from the middle of the file to be safe).
   Replace some characters.
   Save it.


VIDEO DESTRUCTION WITH HEXFIEND

   Duplicate the video file.
   Drag the video file to HexFiend.
   Don't modify the header of the file (Start from the middle of the file to be safe).
   Don’t change the total byte size of your file. 
   Don’t destroy your file too much.


I-FRAME DESTRUCTION


   Download Avidemux 2.5.4:
   https://sourceforge.net/projects/avidemux/files/avidemux/2.5.4/avidemux2_2.5.4_intel.dmg/download 
   Unpack it (double click) and then drag Avidemux2 to your Applications folder. 
   Navigate to the Applications folder, right-click on Avidemux2, and click "Show Package Contents".
   Delete libxml.2.dylib and libiconv.2.dylib from the Contents/Resources/lib folder. (Note: Sometimes libxml.2.dylib is named libxml2.2.dylib). 
   Use a video that has several cuts. 
   Open Avidemux and drag the video on top of the program.
   If it asks a question answer No.
   Select MPEG-4 Xvid in the combo list.
   Press the button Configure.
   In the Tab Frames increase the Maximum I-frame interval to the maximum (999999999) and press Ok.
   Press File -> Save video and save it with an .avi extension.
   Close the video (File->close).
   Drag the new video file to the software.
   Skip the first I-Frame by pressing the Up key.
   Delete the I-Frame:
       Click on the A button.
       Press the Right key.
       Click on the B button.
       File->Delete frame.
   Repeat these process for the I-Frames that you'd like to delete.
   Select Copy in the combo list (instead of MPEG-4 Xvid).
   Press File -> Save video and save it with an .avi extension.


P-FRAME DUPLICATION

   Select a single P-frame by pressing the Right key until you find one.
   Copy+Paste the P-Frame several times. Repeat:
       Click on the A button.
       Press the Right key.
       Click on the B button.
       Cmd+C
       Cmd+V
   Save the project: File->Save project as because at some point Avidemux will crash. When it does open the project again and continue. 


These steps were tested with the version of Mac OS installed in the computers of the academy, but there is also a version for Windows of Avidemux...
