This is Jian

happy when there is complexity and structure! I like:

orientation and navigation
multiperspective approaches
interconnections
the moment when things fall into place

scared when lost in space! I don't like:

getting carried away
having no focus
disorientation

When in a group, I need to be sure about what I want to say before saying it.
To help ensure my needs are met, I will try to be prepared and think about things before I join a meeting.
And I would appreciate if others in the group would encourage me in also contributing fragmental thoughts, even if I don't feel so sure about it yet.
