Flo selfportrait

I'm excited by spontanious interactions, going outside on an adventure, dive into unknown things.

Something I'm scared of is co-workers saying something different than what they think. Scared I'm doing something wrong and people are too afraid to hurt me so they don't say it.

I've identified that when in a group, I value... that the work that I do/everyone does for the group feels equal/enough for everyone. Another thing I value is that everyone doesn't make a compromise into design.
To ensure my needs are met, I will... try to start a conversation if there aren't any compromises being made and if so how we could work around this.
I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... reflect on everyone if the workload is equally divided.
