On Friday the 10th of March Erica Gargaglione (XPUB second year) and Manetta Berends (XPUB tutor) will host a session around self-organisation at Varia, a collective space in Rotterdam Charlois (https://varia.zone).

Together we will inspect the realm of administration and bureaucracy in self-organised cultural initiatives and community networks, that work with open source tools and collective guidelines. How to practice maintenance in between autonomy pipes and dependency valves? How is the financial burner regulated? How to horizontally organize the heat exchanger?
