from V2_ Images can have all shapes and sizes for our website if it is listed as an item on the website. For the dimensions of the banner, they can simply use the dimensions of the banner that is currently on the website. In terms of word count, I always say less is more. Concisely an abstract about what will be on display, participating artists, clear practical information and a short piece of context.

From WORM Our website is really basic: text: the tip is to keep it short: Who, what, why, when, where I also need the dates + opening times of the expo to be able to go online There is only space for 1 image (square. Instagram-like) There is space for 1 title and 1 subtitle --one of them should be as clear as possible so that also shrimps understand it's PZI Master of Arts grad show :)

Once we get this basic info we can already go online, and other info, more in depth content etc. can follow after. Sometimes we edit the texts a bit ourselves, if we are confident a slightly shorter text or different word use will speak more to our audiences.

If you have more in depth text material, interviews, or biographies or... you would like to share about each student, we can 1. share links to the student's individual websites and/or instagram accounts in the general website text 2. make a link to an article that we share separately (as a 'longread')

Next to that we have our instagram account, does XPub or LB have their own accounts? If so, we can re-share your stories if you tag worm_rotterdam If not, we can make a few posts introducing all / several students or more general posts about the shows! For this we need: - square shaped images - names/credits + texts - hashtags that we should include in the posts

And of course if you make a Facebook Event you can add worm as a co-host and we will invite people!
