Assigning the roles (SI25)

First 10 producers are selected and the names recorded
Each producers name is copied to the preceding week as Interface
The producer of the first week is added as interface to the last.
For each producer / interface, there are three spots for hosts.
Names are continued to be drawn for each of the spots for hosts;
If the name drawn appears in the role of producer or interface, they are placed in the next available group.
When names are exhaused, the hat is reset (following the procedure described for resetting the hat).
