randonautica

https://www.randonautica.com/
It's a real world adventure generator that allows people to explore magickal 🪄🔮mind-matter interactions🔮🪄, quantum ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧ tunneling explorations ✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧through their intentions. Think about something and the randonautica app will tell you where to find it. The brain is really fun while it connects dots that aren't there, or maybe they are there, those damn dots??
Randonauting is about using a random generation technique (RNG) to navigate the world, converting the numbers into coordinates. The idea developed first from an online bot, called Fatum Bot, that then evolved into an app, that got famous thanks to tiktok and the case of the found suitcase with the not really alive body inside (any true crime fan here?).
What is intriguing about randonautica is certainly the possibility through random generation to discover new, hidden, underrated places. Thanks to the sense of mystery and adventure, it became one of the favourite apps of the post-pandemic era, only to slowly slip into oblivion, perhaps also due to that exploring-pokemongo-style character that has been eclipsed while more of the creepy-magical concept was rewarded.
Alessia used randonautica and komoot (bike tours' app) to get around Rotterdam and search for liminal spaces here for more info about Alessia and Senka's exploration of liminal spaces
