Collaboration, Conflict & Consent

PAD We had a workshop with Eleanor Greenhalgh, as we did at the beginning of the last year. This year's workshop was more focused on supporting each other and finding ways to connect rather than learning to collaborate and resolve conflict. We suggested strategies that can help us communicate better, stay connected with each other and care for both our and others' mental health. For me, the main take outs of this workshop was that we need to focus on connection beyond our classes and sessions, be open when we are struggling with work or personal life, and be non-judgemental towards others when they share their struggles, so that everyone can be open and be heard.

Graduate Seminar -1-

PAD This was an introductory session on how the graduate seminars will work, since this was our first formal session with Lens Based, we introduced ourselves, talked about our work and our interests, what we did during summer, etc. There is more info about the seminars on the Graduate Seminar 2020-2021 page.
