The "Lets Chat About Pictures (LTAP)" is a collaborative effort to create a website that facilitates and encourages a one to one discussion about pictures. In LTAP, each user is initially presented with an upload form which accepts images. The user is required to upload a picture of their choosing and pick a nickname to enter the discussion, the chat room.
