When in a group, I need/value... Trust in order to articulate my thoughts and expose them without feeling automatically judged or framed out.
To ensure my needs are met, I will... Expose consciously but openly my thoughts with respect and responsibility towards others in the group.
I would find it helpful if others in the group would be willing to... Understand my will to improve myself  and often lack of awareness towards others, my subconscious carries frames that I’m currently re-configuring.
