~color booth: cakes and books~

introduction: I am a student studying media art, one interest of mine is in serials of color. For internet yama-ichi I want to make a color booth.

You can refer to this project and publication I did, which shows my interest in color. [color book]

The books is composed of serials of color swatches, which are generated by reading average value of IKEA product photos. At the very last page of the book, you can find a picture of me presenting two cakes to audience. It's a sharing and collectively consuming environment I designed to present color sensorial experience.

booth content: ~book~ and ~cake~

Two parts of the digital book are in print version, I plan to present the two printed books. I would like to sell 3 kinds of color cake (vegan), they will be improved from the earliest version. Flavors: 1. Matcha 2. Beets 3. Cocoa; the color will be green, purple, and brown accordingly.

practical things: 1.put a price tag: the price will be consisted of (train ticket from + to rotterdam - utrecht, raw material + encouragement)/# of cakes), so it's to cover the cost, and little tip for my time making the cake.

2.cooling box. before I only made the cake as mousse cakes (refrigerated), I wonder if there is possibility of using a cool box on site. Or, potentially I can adapt to a non-refrigerated recipe, if I have enough time to practice it before November. But perhaps I still think the refrigerated ones are much better because the taste is more fresh.
