- carlos has ten black screws on the bottom they're all the same.
- carlos has four silver screws inside the pen holder, one facing up with a washer and three facing sideways behind where the pens go.
- carlos speaks two languages, HPGL and GGL.
- carlos knows the difference between ANSI and ISO.
First conclusion
- carlos needs a new ribbon cable and two new cogs at the x and y motors and a gasket on the paper motor.
