2023-10-30 First inspection
- carlos is a BBC Goertz Metrawatt SE-283.
- carlos is full of dust and broken bits of cogs.
- carlos is like a siemens c1630 (Operation manual in the webarchive).
- carlos has ten black screws on the bottom they're all the same.
- carlos has four silver screws inside the pen holder, one facing up with a washer and three facing sideways behind where the pens go.
- carlos speaks two languages, HPGL and GGL.
- carlos knows the difference between ANSI and ISO.
- The bigger motor is marked escap 28 D2R 11 219P B100Y 51
- it also says swiss made 7.86
- The smaller motor is marked hmm no I'll need to take it apart to see properly. it looks really similar but smaller though
First conclusion
- carlos needs a new ribbon cable and two new cogs at the x and y motors and a belt on the paper feed motor.
First amendment
- the belt on the paper feed motor is fixed.
