- We should ask about documenting the talk after we got the approval.
- Only cc Leslie when the artist agrees on giving talks and start arranging a date.

Set a deadline for yourselves to nominate all guest artists or maybe divide them in half this being the 1st round with the 2nd round to be held in the autumn? Following this, you need to collectively meet on ZOOM and make an agreed list of who you collectively want to invite.

BUDGET FOR 12 GUEST DAYS

There is a budget for 12 guest days in total across 2021.

The fees for a visiting tutor are 320 euros per day.  
So for three days a total of 960 (inc BTV) euros. 
There is a further possible travel/subsistence allowance to be agreed and signed off on a case by case basis with Leslie.
