    Before our session, it would be really useful to hear from you off-list
    if there are any topics in particular you would like to cover. The
    schedule is fairly open at this point, as an opportunity to touch base
    following the work we did last year. I thought it might be useful for us
    to reflect together on all your learnings over the past year in terms of
    group dynamics & working together, and what you might be able to pass on
    to first years. Equally, if there are topics which are needed now or
    which weren't covered in enough depth last time, now is the chance so do
    let me know your thoughts.
