1) Do you want to do a group catalogue? If yes:

STORAGE AND COMMUNICATION
+++Where do we store our files? FILE TREE!
+++How do we want to communicate amongst ourselves? Group chat? Email? Spokesperson?

TABLE OF CONTENTS
+++What are the sections of this catalogue?
+++What material do we need
Word extensions, number of images, who's in charge of each item?
Show TOC from last year, use and adapt it
+++How do we divvy up tasks: DESIGN (layout + image processing), EDITORIAL (writing + proofing), PRODUCTION (printing + binding, transport)

FORMAT
+++How do we want to print? Offset? RISO? In-house (PZI/WdKA printers, Publication Station)
+++Roughly how many pages?

2) What's our budget? How do we keep track of it?
+++Make a shared spreadsheet, outline the budget each person has to spend and how much has been/can be spent
+++Identify how much of this individual budget should be left untouched for the final publications (last year, too much was spent on production of installation itself and not enough for publications)
+++Make a quick budget of how much will be spent on: paper, printing, binding
+++Identify how much can be spent on catalogue vs how much can be spent on individual publications
+++Do we want to hire external proofreader? Johanna Monk?

3) What's our timeline?
+++Make a shared spreadsheet with our important deadlines for printing publications

4) Are we ready to brainstorm for ideas for publication/show theme?
+++Depends on previous session results and also where everybody is at the moment with their work
+++If we are not ready, define a date where we SHOULD be ready (editorial or curatorial sprint?)
