12:00 - Tip Top Orchestra - Instrument Building Day

During this meeting we are going to make our own instruments. The ensemble will follow the guidelines of a small chamber-orchestra set-up including duplication of certain instruments. Yet, all these instruments will be non-traditional and invented by ourselves. This day will be a Instrument Building Day or a IBD as I like to call it. During the day all the instruments for the orchestra will be made. This will take several hours, but at the end of the meeting everybody will have their own working, self-made instrument on which to perform and practice.

- Be aware of the following points:

1. The instruments that are going to be build during the IBD are discussed beforehand. At the start of the 10th there will be 5 types of instruments that the members can choose to build during the session with the help of those who invented the instrument."

2. All members can suggest what these 5 instruments are going to be until the 6th of March.

3. All members that cannot participate on the 10th should tell me beforehand, so that arrangements can be made and a solution can be found.
