If you encounter a problem with the wiki, the pad, or else, maybe we're busy doing some maintenance and have to restart something, so before contacting us, wait 30min, come back later and try again. If the issue persists, then contact us!

How to report an issue

Send an email to gnd (at] itchybit [dot) org with a.l.mansoux [at) hr (dot] nl in CC.
Email subject: general summary of the issue
Mail body should have:
- Expected Behavior: tell us what you think should happen
- Current Behavior: tell us what happens instead of the expected behavior
- Describe, in detail, what needs to be done to reproduce the problem on our side
Give us a screenshot (if it's helpful for this particular issue)
Give some info about your environment
- Give us the name and version of the software you're using
- Name/version of the Operating System/Distribution
