Definition
A technique that involves the spontaneous exchange of ideas from members of the group to find a conclusion for a specific problem.

How do we brainstorm:

- Documenting the discussion
- Thinking aloud
- Encouraging every idea
- Collaborating instead of criticizing
- Asking questions
