• 2 sentence project description for first hold that date press release —> LESLIE

• If any of you have an imagine you think could represent the group or if you decide on small images of some or all your works send those along also

Tuesday 10.05

• SIMON will pass you the first press release by 11:00 for you to read and email comments back to —> LESLIE

so we can consolidate the draft and present it at the meeting.

during meeting 13:00 - 15:00

• deadline - title of show
• deadline - first draft press release /hold the date
• answer question - do you want LESLIE to post the grad ceremony invites with other printed material around the event or are emails enough?

Thursday 12.05

• Send first press release /hold the date to the PZI official mailing list, [md] mailing list -LESLIE
• and you to send to your contacts or place them on social media

deadline:

• bio’s and abstracts for the official press release (bio @ 50 words and abstracts @ 60 words) —> LESLIE
• + an image for Jeremy as an indication for your work

Tuesday 17.05

• deadline - PRESS KIT - V2_ AND PZI WEBSITE TEXTS & IMAGE
• deadline - Press release text: SIMON
• deadline - grad show invitation texts - invites diploma ceremony - SIMON
• deadline - addresses for diploma ceremony —> LESLIE

for V2_, the only things you need to send Leslie are:

• a pass photo
• [optional] if you’d like to use a different image on the V2_ site that too.

for PZI website & V2_

• follow template - this text you can continue editing yourselves
• with up to 5 images
