» Media-Slides Turn digital images to analogue slides and present them with a slide projector. Images like memes and desktop screenshots, what happens to the images? What happens to their context? Are the just archived or is it a representation of the digital version?

» Digtial – Glasses Many digital devices like a computer have a polarization filter over their screen. When you take/pull them off you will see nothing, only a white screen. I want to make polarization-glasses so when you put them on you will see the screen again. It’s a kind of hidden message, like in the science fiction movie They Live from 1988. In the film discovers the main character some special sunglasses. When he puts them on, he sees the world in black and white and discovers it is not what it seems. Media and advertising hide constant subliminal totalitarian commands to obey and conform. In Zizek’s The Pervert’s Guide to Ideology, he also reference to the film They Live. When he puts his glasses on he sees a critic on ideology. It allows you to see the real message.

» RGB-Off-Beamer For a while I have a defect beamer in my basement. The RGB colours are off and not a good place. So you have a kind of 3D effect because you see the three different RGB layers on top of each other. I want to make work specially for that beamer. So the layers of colours are in a good spot, and use. Before that I’m trying to find works that the beamer improve the works. Like black/white works, because they get colour. After trying some different images, maybe then I can make my own. This work of Victor Vasarely, gives a nice effect with the beamer. It gives colour on the right places of the work.
