all about our voice
and your devices, in this case your phone
will figure out what you mean and help
you get what you want done...
that's a feature in the iPhone 4S we call
Siri
Siri is your intelligent assistant
it helps you get things done
just by asking
you can get to Siri at any time
by holding down the home button for
a couple seconds
and then series listening to you
you can even ask more conceptual
questions
it understands the concept of raincoat
and umbrella and anything,
and it knows that i relates to weather and
so it answers the question.
Siri is following along the
conversation just like a human does
schedule that lunch just by talking
to my phone
all hands free
just by talking to my iphone just by
talking to Siri
so then in an earlier conversation
it asked me who my wife was and now it knows
and so i just say
"remind me about my wife"
it's amazing
you can search things like wikipedia
just by talking to it
just take out your phone
and ask Siri
up
article in wikipedia
"i am a humble personal assistant"
and that is Siri. Siri is your humble
intelligent
personal assistant, that goes everywhere with
you
and can do things for you
just by you
asking
Siri also does dictation
it's that simple and that deeply
integrated into the system
you can speak with your natural language
it's conversational
it understands context of the things
you're talking about as you're
falling along
it's personal and that it's amazing
right out of the box but it actually even
gets better as you use it, as it learns your
voice
this works across wifi as well as 3g
we've seen how great it is already
so that's Siri
