Waldo

Waldo is a fictional TV personality which has a great influence over his audience, and offers a comic release from the political discourse, but in doing so, pulls people away from the issues. He begins to question the purpose of the politics, and the politicians, and as a result, it becomes clear that he really has no purpose other than to interfere. As the character playing waldo begins to realise this, he pulls away from the role, and waldo is taken over by a political machine, and used as a great political weapon for the same side which waldo originally believed he was fighting against.

The White Bear

The woman in the white bear serves as a media object, a spectacle for addressing crime and punishment but with out anyone taking reaponsibility for why or how her crime, or other crimes occur. Everyone is encouraged to document her punishment, and to be involved.
