De Dood van Stromend Leven is an artist film and ongoing research project that explores how increasing human demand for water affects the waterscapes of the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen. Set within this shifting waterscape, shadowed by the extractive and polluting presence of Tata Steel, the work unfolds as a layered assemblage of underwater and landscape imagery, seismic earth resonances, and aquatic sound recordings.
