QUOTES

"This is a book about what happens to people when they are overwhelmed by change. It is about the ways in which we adapt—or fail to adapt—to the future." (Introduction, Toffler, 1971)

NOTES

What drew me to this book is the mix of psychology and technology, and look at technology from what seems to be a humanist perspective. However, Brunner (The Shockwave Effect) cites it's influence in the acknowledgements section.
