For my thesis, I am interested in writing a "report on practice" divided in 3 chapters to help me understand some questions related to the size and space women take in my work. I am taking into account my graduation project “Does the Sun Shine in Argentina” and also a novel I am working on.

INTRO: Personal autobiographical context that links the perception of size to maturity and personal power.

I once did a therapy called “family constellations”. I was probably trying to heal love wounds, a chronic disease, or my relationship with failure in general, I cannot recall. What I remember is that I had to choose different soles for my female ancestors and step on them. I started with my great grandmother. The moment I stepped on her shoes, I started crying. I knew basically nothing of her. Skepticals might not believe the experience I had. But I felt I was crying someone else’s tears. I stepped out of her shoes and passed to my grandmother’s and mother’s. I felt nothing.

Finally I had to step on my own shoes and the crying took over me again. Not only that, but I felt some dizziness, as if I was shrinking. The therapist later explained that the shrinking expressed that I was taking a child’s place in the family story.

1st chapter: What possibilities are introduced in my work with the immersion, presence and embodiment given by the use of VR techniques. How does this relate to my autobiographical interests?

2nd chapter: How does the musical genre relate to the recurrent topic in my work that is the vulnerability of women.

3rd chapter: I am making a piece about a woman who was grandiloquent about her life and another about my own experiences in which my character is a loser. How do these two women dialogue: why do they need to exaggerate, one way or another, when reflecting on themselves.
