Aya-land

Aya-land is an dystopia where the language and speech are the source of language - the people who can control the language are able to control the rest of the population. And they use one single language with limited vocabularies that limits emotions and expression and perception.

Setting

Tense/grammar – past tense is non-exist, impossible to address the past; future tense is only usable or thinkable by the small group of authority/elite

Myth/Storytelling – special techniques that is learnable and divide people into classes

Invention of new word – not allowed - Or only when it is agreed by the higher class of the U

Dictionary – the bible/law-like existence in such world

No scarcity of resources – resource exists once it is nameable, speakable, then the perception turns into reality immediately in this world.

The world is fuelled by the act of speech/writing/murmuring

People living in their own mind/ or maybe there is a division of mind world/individual utopia (of individuals/escape) and reality world (of collective), and can be going back and forth (by transport)

The words / chants – “It is not about something, it is that something.”
