Spaghetti alla Puttanesca

Ingredienti

  • 4 anjovis (non compulsory)
  • 1-2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Cappertjes (under salt)
  • 5 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oill
  • 100g of black Olives
  • 400g of Spaghetti
  • 1-2 fresh red Peppers
  • 500g of firm but mature tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • enough Salt to blow up your heart (or not)
