Spaghetti alla Puttanesca

Ingredienti
- 4 anjovis (non compulsory)
- 1-2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Cappertjes (under salt)
- 5 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oill
- 100g of black Olives
- 400g of Spaghetti
- 1-2 fresh red Peppers
- 500g of firm but mature tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- enough Salt to blow up your heart (or not)
